Director of Human Resources and Community Relations

Ne’Quel Armstead is Director of Human Resources responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Company's human resources department. Ms. Armstead joined PRWT in 1997 as a HR Administrator. She has over 15 years’ experience in human resources management. She is a graduate from the Urban League of Philadelphia's Leadership Forum. She has a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from Rider University, Lawrenceville, NJ and her Masters of Business Administration from Eastern University, Wayne, PA.
